### Booking and Deposit Policy

We appreciate your interest in our venue and want to ensure a smooth booking process. Please review our policies regarding deposits and cancellations:

- Deposit Requirement: All bookings require a $200 deposit. Please note that no dates will be held without this deposit.

$500.00 deposit for all weddings / receptions , it will go towards your balance FOR WEDDINGS/ RECEPTIONS ONLY

- Refund Policy: The deposit is only refunded after your event, provided that all terms and conditions are met.

- Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your event, your deposit will be forfeited.

- Date Change Policy: You are allowed one date change. However, all changes must be made 31 days before your original event date. No changes are permitted within the 30 days leading up to your event.

- Refund Timing: All deposits will be refunded the following Wednesday after your event.
