### Terms of Service
#### Security Deposit
A **refundable security deposit of $200** is mandatory for all events. This deposit will be returned only if all terms and conditions are adhered to during your event. In the event of a cancellation, please be aware that the security deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel your event within **30 days** of the scheduled date and have made any payment, you are allowed to reschedule within **21 days** of your original event date.
#### Our Policy
To ensure a successful and enjoyable event, please adhere to the following policies:
- **No Loitering**: Standing outside the venue is not permitted.
- **Crowd Control**: Rowdy behavior will not be tolerated. Any disturbances could result in the immediate termination of your event, and you will not receive a refund, nor will your deposit be returned.
#### Responsibility for Guests
As the host, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests. Specific guidelines include:
- **No Running**: Running within the venue is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.
- **Supervision of Children**: Children must be supervised at all times.
- **Teen Parties**: All events involving teenagers will require the presence of contracted licensed security personnel.
- **Prohibited Items**:
- No outside liquor is allowed.
- No outside hookah is permitted.
- Firearms are strictly forbidden on the premises.
- Masks are not allowed.
#### Additional Notes
Please be mindful that if any venue property is damaged by your guests, an automatic fee of **$500** will be charged for repairs.
Additionally, it is important to clean up after your guests. If the venue is left in an unsanitary condition, an extra **$250 cleaning fee** will be assessed.
